Returns Policy

We are sorry that our products did not arrive as you expected. We do our best to ensure 100% satisfaction, but are more than happy to listen to any feedback and/or return requests.

To return products for a refund, please contact us at lilishoney1@gmail.com within seven days of receipt of your products to discuss your options. If there is damage during shipping, you may be eligible for a refund, a replacement, or store credit. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out!

Please note: All returns will need to be sent back at your expense and will need to be unopened and in their original condition. Once we have received notification from our warehouse that the products have been received and are in their original and resaleable condition, we can then process your refund, less a 20% handling and delivery fee. Refunds are paid via the same method as the original purchase.
